I have started my own business (Tayyebat s.a.r.l.) in producing French fries on 2008. With small budget and lack of experience but high ambitions and insistence the dream became true. Now, after 15 years from starting, we built a recognized company that has the capability to match international quality and safety standards. During my position, I made big improvements and changes that had very big effect on the whole company. 1- local direct sales team that secured stable increasing sales driving growth and revenue that allows generating higher profit margins and stronger position in competition. 2- Potato supply department that is responsible to plant potatoes. It started with 15 hectares ,now planting more than 300 hectares. 3- Implemented process improvements that resulted in significant cost savings and increased productivity. 4- Developed a comprehensive food safety and quality management system, ensuring that products consistently meet the highest standards Tayyebat s.a.r.l. now is Burger King supplier and exports 60% of its production, with a goal to reach everywhere in the world.
